This service includes a professional staff, delivery and set-up.Additional catering-quality paper goods, utensils and chafers can be provided at an additional cost. Delivery is free within 25 mile area
This service includes a professional staff, delivery, set-up, break-down and clean-up. On site slicing is only included with Brisket and Rib catering orders. This package is $200.00 for 2 wait staff for 4 hours. Each additional hour is $20.00 and each additional server is $15 an hour.
In addition to full-service catering, this option includes an onsite pitmaster and smoker/trailer at your location. This package is $300.00 and is subject to additional terms and conditions.
